Midgar Rising Midge Pupae. Sparcely dressed midge pupae with lacquered, segmented hackle quill body give you a very good imitation of a midge body. In order to get the fly to sink quickly, we use a tiny, small tungsten bead head. For thorax we have used a few wraps of peacock herls, as well as a tine strip of flash above the herls. Available in natural speakled grey, natrural brown, speckled red and golden olive. Tied on curved hooks from size 14 to 18.
